Ripped off by DAVE at Zarbeco
NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company. You will never get any tech support and phone calls go unanswered. I spent almost $1000 on a MiScope digital microscope and they won't help me get it installed. I begged and left numerous messages over the course of a YEAR. I intend to contact all my Forensic associations and members of the general public as well as Better Business Bureau and let everyone know if I don't get help by tomorrow.

DON'T EVER buy anything from Dave of Zarbeco. I have been literally begging for help for over a year to get this MiScope digital microscope installed and up and running. All I receive are convoluted emails with instructions that even the most savvy geek wouldn't understand. I begged for a phone call, but was not contacted. It cost me just under $1,000 and all I have is a useless little plastic microscope now a paperweight!
